In the early days of the Castro regime, the Cuban government unlawfully seized virtually all private property owned by U.S. citizens and companies in Cuba. Contrary to international law, no compensation of any kind has ever been paid for the seized property, nor has any ever been offered. The Joint Corporate Committee on Cuban Claims is working to remedy this injustice.
